<ServiceInformation>
<DescriptionText><text>
The exposure head is online, but the monitor command requires application
protocol 0. Application protocol 0 is a protocol that is backwards-compatible
with Thermal 1.0 and Thermal 1.7x. Typically this error will indicate that
the host and exposure head have negotiated a more recent application protocol
that does not support the desired functionality.
</text></DescriptionText>
<DescriptionText><text>
Although Tfx and Thermal 2 can be configured to support this monitor command
( by downgrading the firmware, disabling application protocol negotiation,
etc ), it is preferable that this monitor command not be used with Tfx and
Thermal 2.
</text></DescriptionText>
<DescriptionText><text>
When the exposure head is coming online, the host and exposure head will
negotiate the application protocol. The host will negotiate the highest
application protocol and thus the most recent application protocol that is
supported by both the host and exposure head. Note that Thermal 1.0 and
Thermal 1.7x do not support application protocol negotiation.
